Micromax on Thursday launched its new flagship smartphone YU Yutopia at Rs 24,999 price. The smartphone that sports a 21 MP rear camera and 3000mAh battery will go on open sale exclusively on Amazon India and customers can pre-book the smartphone from Thursday. The shipping of Micromax YU Yutopia will start from December 26.

Yu Yutopia comes with 5.2? sharp WQHD IPS display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB DDR4 RAM and fingerprint scanner

YU Yutopia smartphone runs CyanogenMod OS with Android 5.1.1.

The new personal assistant 'Around YU' has a suite of services including travel, food and entertainment rolled into one discovery window for the users. It will appear when users swipe to the left-side of the home screen and will show a bunch of services that they can access without opening different apps for each.

Yu Yutopia is equipped with a fingerprint scanner. Users can unlock the device with one of five stored fingerprints in less than half a second.

YU Yutopia smartphone features an alert slider for quick access to custom notification settings.
